Masters & BORA Cup

Please read the [PLAY-TO-EARN > How to Earn Gold] section for details on Masters Mode rewards and [PLAY-TO-EARN > BORA Cup Prizes] for details on BORA Cup rewards.

[Masters Mode]

Masters Mode is a mode in which each user competes to be placed higher in the rankings.

Masters Mode consists of 1vs1 matches, in the same way World Tour matches are played. (i.e. Players take turns each swing. A near-pin battle breaks ties.)

Matchmaking

Matchmaking is based on the amount of victory points you currently have.

The range of opponents that can be matched keeps increasing if no matches around your current victory points are found for a certain amount of time, but you will be rewarded extra victory points if you manage to win a match against an opponent who has many more points than you have.

(You will however lose more points if a player with many points less than you defeats you.)

The ranking will be determined based on the accumulated Victory Points, which are earned or lost depending on the match results, during each season (lasting 6 days) and prizes will be rewarded according to the ranking.

Ties are broken by other factors such as the number of matches they have played and how fast they achieved their rank.

* Users with abnormal game logs (due to hacks, system abuses, etc.) will be excluded from the winners list and will not be able to receive any prizes.

You must participate in at least 1 game to enter the rankings.

Up to 4 matches a day are free to play. You can play additional matches by spending Balls.

Masters Mode opening times (UTC+0)

Tuesday, 00:00 ~ Sunday 23:59

* Only on the 1st week of months without a BORA Cup round and every 3rd week of every month.

The amount of Balls required to play after exhausting the free matches increases depending on the number of plays as listed below. This amount is reset at 00:00 UTC+0 every day.

Ball required to play after exhausting all free matches

1 Play : 1 Ball

2 Plays : 4 Balls

3 Plays : 7 Balls

...

21~30 Plays : 60 Balls

※ 3 more Balls are added to the entrance cost every match, up to a maximum of 60 Balls

※ Max number of Masters Mode matches : 30 matches per day (Excluding free matches)

Players may purchase Boost Items by spending Gold to gain a small Power/Needle Speed/Perfect Range buff.

※ Only users who have reached Tier 2 in World Tour Mode can participate in Masters Mode.

[BORA Cup]

BORA Cups are time-limited competitions in which top players are rewarded special prizes. (* You must connect a wallet address to the game in order to receive BORA Cup rewards)

BORA Cups can happen conditionally on the 1st week of each month (ie. the week with the first Thursday of that month, according to ISO8601) :

BORA Cup Week Opening Condition and Entry Fee During the Friday~Sunday (3 days) prior to a BORA Cup week, players will be able to commit 100 Balls as an entry fee.

>If the number of players who have committed this entry fee exceeds the threshold of 150 players within these 3 days, a BORA Cup week will take place.

>If the number of committed players fails to reach 150 within these 3 days, the entry fees are refunded to each player and a regular Masters Mode week will start instead of a BORA Cup week.

Once the 150 player threshold is satisfied, players who have not committed an entry fee before the BORA Cup starts will still be able to participate by paying the entry fee after the BORA Cup week begins.

* For example, 2023 November's first week is the period between October 30 and November 5, so entry fees can be committed starting from October 27 (Friday), and BORA Cup begins on October 31 (Tuesday).

BORA Cup matches have the same rules as Masters Mode matches :

- Matches are 1vs1, like in World Tour - Up to 4 matches a day are free to play. You can play additional matches by spending Balls. - The amount of Balls required to play after exhausting the free matches increases depending on the number of plays

Level up, upgrade, attach items and skills to your characters for a higher chance of winning!
